Our Mission
The Governors American Flag Initiative is an invitation to all state governors to lead by example and participate in bipartisan support for the American Flag.
The American flag represents freedom, justice, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, and the rule of law, which are fundamentals of this country all Americans share.
Governors are powerful, independent political leaders and salt of the earth Americans. The goal is to have all 50 state governors standing in solidarity, supporting our Flag for all Americans to see as we enter our 250th year.
